48 day after surgery
Patient：
Hello Dr. Yamamoto. This is a postoperative review. The stitches have since continued to apply the ointment upon waking and before bedtime. It seems to have gone from a thick rubber band to something a little thinner. My fiancée's reaction, though, was to dig down to the root of what happened in the month I was back home because of the change in my appearance. Compared to before the surgery, the thickness is approximately 50mm at the root side and 45mm below the glans when erect, and the length is about 30mm longer and stable because of the careful treatment around the blood vessels. The angle and hardness are better than ever, as if the membrane that was pulled over the base of the penis and fixed in place is acting as a penis ring. I take only half a pill every two days of the medication you gave me, but the skin is not enough and it hurts so much. I will take the rest as a thankful growing pain. The blog seems to indicate that there is room for growth for about 6 months after surgery, so I plan to continue massage and pump training until early spring. My fiancée thought it was Western enough, and that she had never experienced hardness before. I wish Dr. Yamamoto and all the staff a happy new year, even though the cold weather is still continuing.
