The patient had received a total of 20 CCs of injectables for the entire penis in two separate sessions at another hospital about 6 months ago. He was seen by the doctor because, although good at first, the deformation of his penis gradually became more noticeable and it became very snobby when erect. There is an injection of rubbery hardness where it is marked with a magic marker in the photo. When erect, this is even more noticeable and the penis is deformed. Since the previous doctor had performed foreskin surgery, we made a 3mm incision around the entire circumference of the root of the penis from the incision line and carefully proceeded with the dissection.
